“Furniture is rustic Filipino with modern touches. Clean and very spacious property. It was too big for my party of 4 but I originally planned for 10 people so it would have been perfect for that. The beach was a bit disappointing and we only managed to walk on a lot of rough rocks and pebbles. The big infinity pool made up for the disappointing beach. "Checked in took far too long as only 1 personnel manning the large reception area. It was 8pm in the evening. The only lady was dealing with a group of 3. There were 5 others waiting. After I complained as I waited 15 minutes, she called another staff to help. Such a big hotel with almost full occupancy, as told by the staff, should schedule more at the front desk. Others like security and concierge and housekeeping were adequately manned. Should be more up front with the closure of the swimming pool in booking websites. I am a regular guest of Radisson Blu hotels worldwide, the stay was still pleasant and maintained well, above average and value for money. Very good location."

"The pool is excellent, just the weather is not sunny most of the days. The major problem is transportation. It is difficult to call uber or taxi to come and pick us from the hotel, the place is a bit too far from Mactan downtown. The hotel staff is helpful for calling meter taxi for you, however, we met one taxi driver he insisted for a fixed price! Which is more than double of meter taxi. That day was a rainy day, we seemed didn’t have a choice, and we had waited for a taxi more than 20mins already. We once need to wait for taxi around 1 hour to come to hotel to pick us, which is such a new experience to us in a resort. There are lots of restaurant for you to enjoy in the hotel."
